Q1:Are you manufacturer?If yes,in which city?
Yes, we are a factory specializing in leather belt, etc. Our company is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.
Q2:Can I make a sample?
Of course you can, welcome to place a sample order and trial order. Besides, the sample charge is refundable when placing a bulk order.
Q3:Can you help me with my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure, we have a professional development team to design new item. And we have made OEM/ODM item for many customers.The sample fee is charged according the material and size of the product.
Q4:How about the payment term?
Generally, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
Q5:How to know your bulk production quality control?
Once order confirmed, we will send the confirmed samples to you for checking before bulk production. Professional QC will check the material, color, craft and every issues to make sure the production goes correctly. We will send shipping samples with correct packing for your checking again before shipment. Of course, welcome your QC or the third agent come to inspect goods.
Q6:What are the shipping ways?
We have provided the factory price, so that we have no ability to afford the shipping fees frequently. We can contact the shipping company or your shipping agent. By the way, the normal shipping way is as below: by sea, by air, by express DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT, etc.
7. How to place the order?
We will make a quotation for you to the belts/buckles you requested. After we are on the same page on the price, we will start the samples. Once the sample finished, we will send it to you by FedEx/UPS. Then you can feedback if the sample needs to be amended. We will make a preproduction sample for you before the bulk production as the finial sample. Then we will start the bulk production for you.
